MAXIM appoints Richard Cremona as a Board Advisor

MAXIM, a global manufacturing and export conglomerate, has appointed Richard Cremona as a Board Advisor. 

Most recently, Cremona was Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of the Board of the OpSec Security Group, a global leader in authentication and brand protection solutions. His extensive career includes senior executive positions with AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Sprint Communications, Openwave Systems and Kentrox. Additionally, he currently serves on the Board of Directors of IMPERO, an educational software company, headquartered in Nottingham, England.
